Meeting Calendar

The first scheduled HOA Board meeting for the 2024 year was Tuesday, January 9th at 6:00 p.m. This will be a hybrid meeting; it will be in person for those here in Pagosa and on Zoom for those who are not in town. Please look for emails and on the mail station bulletin board for agendas prior to the meeting date.  Meeting Agendas will be emailed and Posted on the Website and Bulletin Board.  The dates of the Board Meetings are the Second Tuesday of each odd month unless otherwise noted. 2024 meeting dates are currently scheduled for: January 9, March 12, May 14, July 13 (prior to annual meeting), Sept 3 (THIS IS A CHANGE FROM THE SECOND TUESDAY), Nov 12.

The Architectural Control Committee meets the First Monday of Each Month at 1 PM.  Location announced on Agenda.  Meeting Agendas will be emailed and Posted on the Website and the Bulletin Board.   Submit requests for review by the ACC a minimum of  one week prior to the upcoming meeting.
