Meeting Calendar

The first scheduled HOA Board meeting for the 2025 year will be Tuesday, January 14th at 6:00 p.m.  Please look for emails and on the mail station bulletin board for agendas prior to the meeting date.  Meeting Agendas will be emailed and Posted on the Website and Bulletin Board.  The dates of the Board Meetings are the Second Tuesday of each odd month unless otherwise noted. 2025 meeting dates are currently scheduled for: March 11, May 13, July 12, Sept 9,and  Nov 11.

The Architectural Control Committee meets the First Monday of Each Month at 1 PM.  Location announced on Agenda.  Meeting Agendas will be emailed and Posted on the Website and the Bulletin Board.   Submit requests for review by the ACC a minimum of  one week prior to the upcoming meeting.
