2. Rentals in Loma Linda are regulated by the Archuleta County Vacation Rental Regulations and Procedures. Please note Loma Linda has banned STRs from the neighborhood. Those who had STRs when the ban went into affect on May 23, 2022 have two years to continue short term renting. As of May 23, 2022 no short term rentals will be allowed.
