At the November 6th ACC meeting, resident and ACC comments were discussed in regards to the Rules, Regulations and Standards concerning Structures and Harmony Approval Requirements. Changes were made and below is the new draft for this RRS (Rule, Regulation, and Standard). Any comments need to be received by December 1st so the ACC can prepare for the December 4th ACC Meeting.
According the the HOA Policy, draft documents will be open for member’s review and comment prior to the final approval date of the Rules, Regulations, and Standards. Members are encouraged to review these draft policies, as once they are approved, the RR&S will govern the actions and approvals of the ACC.
